Leveraging extensive experience from building twenty businesses from the ground up, I am an asset to any startup company and ten to twenty million-dollar businesses alike. I offer expert assistance in restaurant expansion, cost control, market adaptation, overview of all aspects of construction, and the ability to adapt many relevant perspectives relating to a business. My key areas of expertise include; restaurants, construction, steel, franchises, budgeting, and entrepreneurship. While in construction management, I acquired skills in; design, estimating, and budgeting jobs, subcontracting negotiations, scheduling, project management, site supervision, co-ordination between parties (owners, architects, engineers, and trades), acquisition of permits, compliance with safety and other regulations, site reports, government forms and contracts, and invoicing.
